For a while now, I’ve been making a lot of cookies and cake but I realized that I need to make an accompaniment for it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s amazing on its own but it needed extra “joush”.
So I was looking online and I wasn’t really getting any recipes that are easily accessible to me. Then I found one that is sort of a thickener for soups, sauces and stews and I realized that I can tweak it to make a type of sauce.
To make this sauce, you need to make a roux then gradually add the fanmilk product. There’s no need to add any sugar or anything. It’s amazing on its own.
Roux

- 1 tbsp flour
FanMilk Sauce
